This adaptable 'cross frame shares the race winning geometry of the EVO4 and Pro5 but is built using lightweight, Kinesis Double Butted, 7005 series, alloy tubing. Key Features: The frame has Kinesis unique 'Ergo' top tube, it is lightened and profiled to fit your shoulder, making it more comfortable for carrying over longer distances. The tube is also wider where it meets the seat tube, helping to resist twisting forces along the front triangle. The FiveT is often loaded up and used as a tourer, so for '10 Kinesis added a discrete gusset under the head tube for increased durability a this point. The FiveT delivers high performance at an entry level price, it's ideal for the rider who is new to the sport but has the potential to progress to elite level competition. The FiveT features 'aStay' chain stays and although designed primarily as a 'crosser, it has clearance for 3 rings, twin bottle mounts, rack and mudguard eyelets and an eyeleted alloy fork option.
